Its white color temperatures range from 2700 K (80 CRI) with 4,080 lumens and 92 lm/W efficacy, to 5000 K (70 CRI) with 4,450 lumens and 100 lm/W efficacy. Peak intensity values span from 137,000 cd at 2700 K up to 161,400 cd at 4000 K, delivering powerful and precise illumination. Power consumption varies depending on length, with a nominal rate of 12 W/ft, equating to 27 W for a 2 ft unit, 35 W for 3 ft, and 46 W for 4 ft.
The luminaire operates on international voltage standards, supporting 220-240 Vac at 50 Hz for global markets and 120/277 Vac at 60 Hz for North America. Earth leakage currents remain low at 0.2 mA for 120 Vac, 0.42 mA for 240 Vac, and 0.24 mA for 277 Vac, enhancing safety and efficiency. Its thermal management system, CoolDrive™, provides onboard thermal monitoring and control to ensure stable performance and long lifespan.
Physically, the Linealux L3 Foundation is built with a marine-grade extruded aluminum housing and features a tempered glass lens for durability. The finish is achieved through a superior 9-step powder-coating process, including a marine-grade epoxy undercoat and polyester top coat, offering exceptional corrosion resistance. Installation is surface-mounted and comes with a galvanic isolator, while a multi-positional, reversible constant torque locking bracket allows for flexible and secure mounting options.
Designed to withstand harsh environments, the luminaire functions reliably in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°F to 122°F (-40°C to 50°C), with a maximum surface temperature of 122°F (50°C). A 4 ft section weighs 6.2 lbs (2.8 kg) and has an effective projected area of 0.5 ft² (0.05 m²).
