The Pro Series XFM underwater light features an exceptionally low-profile head, making it highly versatile for hull mounting across a wide range of vessels. Its compact design allows for seamless retrofitting into most existing underwater lighting cut-outs, offering immediate performance advantages such as no startup power surge, minimal heat generation, low maintenance requirements, and enhanced light output. Designed for use on all hull types, including vessels over 65 feet (20 meters), the system performs best when 2 to 6 lights are installed with a spacing of 3 to 5 feet (1 to 1.5 meters). For metal hull applications, the addition of a Delrin Isolation Sleeve accessory is recommended to ensure proper installation.
With Deutsch plug-and-play quick connectors, the light is easy to install and service. The unit is factory-sealed and exchangeable from inside the hull, adding further convenience for maintenance and upgrades. It features an elliptical beam pattern with a 60° top beam angle and 20° side beam angle, delivering a powerful output of up to 11,000 fixture lumens. The available LED color options include Midnight Blue and Ultra White, catering to different aesthetic and functional preferences.
Constructed with a durable Aluminium Bronze AB2 bezel and protected by a Tritonium™ optical lens, the fixture maintains reliability in harsh marine environments. It operates on a 12/24V DC input with an optional AC upgrade (90–270V AC), drawing 8.2A at 12V DC or 4.0A at 24V DC. For AC use, the current draw is 0.76A at 110V and 0.35A at 240V AC. The external driver supports this efficient operation and comes with a standard 6.5-foot (2-meter) extension cable hardwired to the light.
The fixture itself has a diameter of 7.09 inches (180mm) and an ultra-low profile height of just 0.54 inches (13.6mm), fitting a 4.5-inch (114mm) hole cut-out for cable entry. The total weight, including the external driver, is 11.2 pounds (5.1 kilograms), and the driver measures 7.09 x 3.15 x 1.97 inches (180 x 80 x 50mm).
