Each inground luminaire is mounted within a housing made of cast stainless steel, which must be installed on a foundation prepared by the customer to absorb pressure loads. Thanks to this robust construction, the luminaires can withstand being driven over by vehicles equipped with pneumatic tires, making them ideal for driveways, pedestrian areas, and other trafficked surfaces.
Rated with a protection class of IP68, these luminaires offer waterproof performance up to a depth of 10 meters. They incorporate BEGA Thermal Management® technology for efficient heat dissipation. The trim ring and luminaire housing are crafted from stainless steel, complemented by a safety glass cover. The headlights feature reflectors made of pure aluminium combined with BEGA Constant Optics® technology, providing consistent and precise light distribution.
To operate, the luminaires require a separate 24 V DC power supply unit with a dimension of 75 mm. Installation is facilitated with a water stop and connecting cable included. Additionally, upon request, the luminaires can be supplied in various light colors including green, blue, amber, and red, allowing for customized lighting effects in diverse architectural or landscape settings.
