The AFL120-R2S is a solar-powered LED street light designed for durable and efficient outdoor illumination. Built to meet IP66 and Class III standards with an IK08 impact rating, this luminaire features a marine-grade, die-cast aluminium alloy body enhanced by 5CE superior corrosion protection and PCS polymer-coated stainless steel hardware. Its sealing is ensured by the CCG® Controlled Compression Gasket, while the hinged non-reflective flat safety glass cover provides glare reduction and protection. The fixture comes factory-sealed with a Zhaga Book 15 compliant LED circuit board pre-installed, requiring no opening during installation.
This street light integrates an LED driver with a PWM interface and supports optional DALI and analogue dimming controls on request. It operates on a single 24V DC supply input; however, controls or sensors are not included and should be ordered separately according to the chosen solar system. The optics are CAD-optimized with the OLC® One LED Concept, delivering superior illumination and precise glare control. The luminaire’s mounting is versatile, with a rotatable spigot that accommodates either post top or side entry installation, with spigot diameter options of 76, 60, or 42 mm to be specified at order.
Available in five RAL color finishes—Signal Black (RAL9004), White Aluminium (RAL9006), Grey Aluminium (RAL9007), Anthracite Grey (RAL7016), and Traffic White (RAL9016)—the AFL120-R2S balances aesthetics with robust construction. The fixture’s windage is 0.146 m², and it features surge protection with automatic recovery for voltages between 75 and 100V.
