The DOC120-FT TW LED is a compact, high-performance recessed luminaire designed for architectural applications demanding flexibility, durability, and precise light control. Engineered with a marine-grade, die-cast aluminium alloy housing, this fixture is built to withstand harsh environments. It features advanced 5CE corrosion protection and is assembled with PCS polymer-coated stainless steel hardware, ensuring long-term reliability even in demanding conditions. The housing is sealed with a Silicone CCG® (Controlled Compression Gasket) system and a safety glass lens, contributing to its IP66 ingress protection and IK07 impact resistance ratings.
Equipped with factory-installed Tunable White LED technology, the luminaire allows dynamic adjustment of color temperature between 2700 K and 6000 K, making it ideal for applications where lighting mood and circadian tuning are essential. A DALI interface is included for precise, programmable control, and the internal EC electronic converter is housed in a thermally separated compartment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. The luminaire's sealed construction means it does not require opening during installation, simplifying setup and reducing potential wear.
The DOC120-FT TW LED offers three symmetric light distributions—wide beam (B), medium beam (M), and narrow beam (E)—achieved through a darklight anodised aluminium reflector, which provides superior illumination with exceptional glare control. A maximum of one internal optical accessory can be used for further customization.
Designed to be mounted in ceilings with a maximum thickness of 40 mm, the luminaire is also compatible with a proud or flush pre-installation blockout for secure integration in concrete structures. These blockouts must be ordered separately. While the standard model is not suitable for chlorine-rich environments such as swimming pools, a special chlorine-resistant version is available on request and must be specified at the time of ordering.
With a nominal output of 1800 lumens from just 17 watts and a power factor greater than 0.9, the DOC120-FT TW LED delivers high efficacy and energy efficiency. Available in five architectural finishes—RAL9004 Signal Black, RAL9006 White Aluminium, RAL9007 Grey Aluminium, RAL7016 Anthracite Grey, and RAL9016 Traffic White—it offers both performance and aesthetic versatility for contemporary lighting projects.
