Built with robust materials, including die-cast aluminum housings and tempered glass lenses, each model supports IP66-rated protection, coastal environment resistance (ASTM B117-16), IK08 or IK10 impact ratings, and ANSI 3G vibration standards. Various beam angles, native and with optional spread lenses, as well as accessories like rotatable glare shields, rock guards, and a wide range of mounts, further enhance flexibility for any installation scenario.
At the smallest end of the lineup is the Washer Pro Nano DC, featuring a single 4-in-1 RGBW LED delivering 553 lumens and 11,826 candela with a 10° beam. Despite its minimal dimensions (98mm x 113mm x 141mm) and weight (0.72kg), it maintains high efficacy at 56 lm/W and a CRI of 80 or greater. It supports beam angles from 10° to 60°, operates in temperatures from -30°C to +55°C, and offers full control via DMX512 with RDM. Its compact size makes it perfect for applications requiring discreet yet powerful lighting.
Next is the Washer Pro Micro DC, housing three 4-in-1 LEDs to generate 1,635 lumens and 34,943 candela, maintaining a similar CRI and beam flexibility. The unit’s footprint grows modestly to 158mm x 164mm x 232mm, weighing 2.35kg. Like its smaller counterpart, it’s fully DMX/RDM controllable, IP66 rated, and features the same rugged environmental tolerances, making it well-suited for precision façade lighting with slightly higher output demands.
The Washer Pro Mini AC steps up to four 4-in-1 LED clusters, outputting 2,644 lumens and 56,523 candela with an efficacy of 46 lm/W. Its native beam options include 8°, with spread lens options allowing for wider coverage. The fixture measures 230mm x 164mm x 256mm and weighs 3.95kg. In addition to standard features, it includes IK10 protection with an optional Rock Guard, ideal for more demanding outdoor installations requiring enhanced durability.
For mid-sized applications, the Washer Pro Midi AC delivers 5,059 lumens and a striking 108,139 candela using eight 4-in-1 LED clusters. This model offers broad beam angle options and the same environmental protections as other AC versions. Measuring 262mm x 202mm x 316mm and weighing 7.2kg, it’s a strong performer for larger architectural surfaces or long-throw installations where higher candela output is required.
At the top of the range is the Washer Pro Maxi AC, boasting 12 4-in-1 LED clusters, an output of 7,815 lumens, and a peak candela of 167,070. Despite its power, it maintains a compact profile at 315mm x 212mm x 375mm and weighs 10.6kg. Like the other AC models, it includes IK10 protection when paired with the Rock Guard and is built for coastal environments, making it ideal for large-scale building facades or landmark lighting.
All Washer Pro fixtures are finished in Traxon’s Signature Gray by default, with options in RAL7015 Gray, RAL9005 Black, RAL9003 White, or custom finishes. Adjustable -5° to +95° tilt via yoke arms and compatibility with a suite of mounting accessories—including tenon mounts, wall arms, pole clamps, and pendant options—ensure installation flexibility across a broad spectrum of architectural and landscape lighting applications.
