The UN LED Wall Light combines elegant design with robust functionality, offering all the trusted features of the CP model, but with softer, more organic lines that suit a range of architectural styles. Designed for recessed vertical wall installation in a downlighting position, the UN delivers smooth, shadow-free illumination that enhances textures in stonework and brings out the warmth of materials like redwood decking. Its refined lighting effect makes it ideal for walkways, patios, and outdoor living areas where ambiance and clarity are equally important.
This fixture is available in both die-cast brass and composite construction options to meet diverse application needs and aesthetic preferences. The faceplate is made of durable C360 brass, paired with an A380 aluminum housing and a PBT construction sleeve. Stainless steel hardware and a shock-resistant polycarbonate lens ensure resilience in a variety of environments. The lens is also highly tolerant of thermal expansion and stress, making the fixture suitable for outdoor use in temperatures ranging from 0°F to 140°F (-18°C to 60°C). The fixture includes a vertical and horizontal sleeve with ½" NPT knockouts and a sleeve protector that prevents deformation during wall fabrication.
At the heart of the UN is an integrated Cree® LED module that offers high reliability and performance. Gold-plated connectors, conformal coating, and an intelligent on-board driver regulate temperature to extend LED life, with an average L70 rating of 50,000 hours. The LED is field-replaceable and operates at a maximum drive current of 1 A. The UN offers a 10W halogen equivalent output with a maximum of 11 lumens and efficacy of 5.5 lumens per watt. The color rendering index (CRI) is 80.2, and the standard configuration includes a 2700K amber filter. Additional color temperature lenses—3,900K (no lens), 4,500K, and 5,200K—are available and field-serviceable for precise lighting control.
The UN operates on 10–15V input voltage and consumes 2.0 watts with a VA rating of 2.4. It features both phase and PWM dimming capabilities and is compatible with Luxor® technology for advanced control. With the ZD option, users can zone the fixture into up to 250 groups and dim each zone in 1% increments between 0 and 100%. The socket is protected by FX Luminaire’s MoistureBlock™ technology, preventing moisture intrusion and preserving internal components. An international wall kit enables compliance with IEC 60598-1 and 60598-2-7 standards for global installations.
