The CFT540 is a robust post-top LED luminaire engineered for long-term outdoor performance in demanding environments. With an IP66 ingress protection rating and IK08 impact resistance, it is built to withstand both harsh weather and physical stress. Constructed from marine-grade, die-cast aluminium alloy and treated with a 5CE superior corrosion protection system, the fixture ensures long-lasting durability, even in coastal or industrial settings. All fasteners are made of polymer-coated stainless steel (PCS hardware) to further enhance corrosion resistance.
The luminaire incorporates a factory-sealed design, eliminating the need to open the unit during installation or maintenance. A silicone CCG® Controlled Compression Gasket ensures a reliable weatherproof seal. Optical performance is optimized with CAD-designed OLC® One LED Concept technology and an RFC® Reflection Free Contour PMMA lens, delivering superior glare control and precise light distribution. The integrated EC electronic converter, housed in a thermally separated compartment, supports DALI dimming for intelligent lighting control systems.
The CFT540 is available in a range of finishes, including Signal Black (RAL9004), White Aluminium (RAL9006), Grey Aluminium (RAL9007), Anthracite Grey (RAL7016), and Traffic White (RAL9016), allowing it to blend seamlessly into a variety of architectural contexts. The fixture’s windage (EPA) is rated at 0.24 m², making it suitable for elevated installations.
Power is supplied at 220–240V, 50–60Hz, with a power factor greater than 0.9 and built-in 6/6 kV surge protection (optionally upgradeable to SP10). The CFT540 offers two light distribution options: controlled symmetric [C50] and rectangular [R]. Color temperature choices include 2700K, 3000K, and 4000K. A 2200K variant is also available upon request, including a ‘Wild-Light’ version that blends 2200K and 3000K outputs with Eco Step Dim® Advanced or motion-based dimming functionality.
