The CTY150 LED bollard light is a robust, high-performance outdoor lighting solution engineered for durability and precision illumination. Designed with an IP66 ingress protection rating and an IK10 impact rating, it is ideal for challenging outdoor environments. The luminaire features a marine-grade, die-cast aluminium alloy body that provides excellent structural integrity, along with 5CE superior corrosion protection and PCS polymer-coated stainless steel hardware for enhanced resilience in coastal or urban applications.
The CTY150 is equipped with a silicone CCG® Controlled Compression Gasket and a polycarbonate main lens, ensuring long-term sealing integrity and optical clarity. Internally, the luminaire integrates a factory-installed LED circuit board and an EC electronic converter housed in a thermally separated compartment for optimal thermal management and consistent performance.
Advanced CAD-optimised optics deliver superior illumination and effective glare control. Two light distribution options are available: rectangular side throw [R65] and asymmetric side throw [S65], making this luminaire versatile for pathways, open spaces, and perimeter lighting. Colour temperature choices include 2700K, 3000K, and 4000K to suit varying aesthetic and functional needs. An optional 2200K version is also available and should be specified at the time of ordering.
The CTY150 bollard is supplied as a complete luminaire including both the head and standpipe. A pre-wired post with an integrated cable connecting box and a service door facilitates straightforward mains connection. Two service door cut-out configurations are available depending on the desired control system: 90 x 150 mm for ON/OFF or Eco Step Dim® Advance, and 85 x 300 mm for 1-10V, DALI, or Eco Step Dim® Basic systems.
Optional Eco Step Dim® motion sensor integration is available for enhanced energy savings and adaptive lighting. Control options include a standard LED driver or an optional DALI-compatible driver. The system operates on a 220–240V / 50–60 Hz power supply with a power factor greater than 0.9 and features surge protection rated at 10/10kV (SP10).
To ensure accurate lighting calculations, the standpipe height must be provided for photometric analysis. The CTY150 is available in multiple RAL colour finishes, including Signal Black (RAL9004), White Aluminium (RAL9006), Grey Aluminium (RAL9007), Anthracite Grey (RAL7016), and Traffic White (RAL9016), offering flexible integration with various architectural styles.
