The RLS410 LED is a high-performance outdoor luminaire designed for both upward and downward lighting applications. Built to withstand harsh environments, it features a marine-grade, die-cast aluminium alloy housing treated with 5CE superior corrosion protection, making it suitable for coastal and urban installations. The luminaire is rated IP66 for complete dust and water ingress protection, and IK08 for impact resistance, ensuring long-term durability in exposed conditions.
Engineered with a factory-sealed design, the RLS410 does not require opening during installation, simplifying setup and preserving the internal components. A safety glass lens and a silicone CCG® Controlled Compression Gasket provide additional environmental sealing and reliability.
The luminaire is equipped with a factory-installed LED circuit board utilizing the OLC® One LED Concept and features CAD-optimized optics for precise light distribution and effective glare control. An integral EC electronic converter with advanced thermal management ensures optimal lumen output while protecting the LEDs. Optional configurations include a 2200 K color temperature version and a DALI-compatible driver, both of which must be specified at the time of ordering.
Powering the unit is a 220–240V supply at 50–60 Hz, with a power factor greater than 0.9. Surge protection is rated at 1/2 kV, supporting reliable operation in fluctuating electrical environments. The luminaire is available in a variety of architectural powder-coated finishes, including RAL9004 Signal Black, RAL9006 White Aluminium, RAL9007 Grey Aluminium, RAL7016 Anthracite Grey, and RAL9016 Traffic White, offering design flexibility for any project.
