The Wet Beam 4 Wall LED luminaire is designed for wet location applications and is ideal for use in exterior soffits, canopies, and semi-exposed architectural environments such as malls, hospitals, and institutional facilities. Engineered with durability in mind, the fixture features a rugged extruded aluminum housing with a nominal thickness of 0.062 inches, composed of up to 70% recycled content. Die-cast zinc end caps provide additional structural integrity, while die-formed sheet steel interior brackets and molded elastomer gaskets ensure weather-tight protection. The lens is sealed with extruded elastomer gaskets and made of satin-finished extruded polycarbonate for both performance and longevity.
This modular system uses precision gasketted joiners to allow for seamless runs in lengths of 4 feet, 8 feet, or custom lengths up to 12 feet, ensuring versatility in system design. The Wet Beam 4 Wall is available in a range of aluminum paint, powder-coated, or custom finishes to complement any architectural aesthetic. Certified for wet locations and built to withstand harsh conditions, the luminaire ensures consistent performance in demanding environments.
The LED system delivers high-performance output with excellent visual quality. It offers a minimum CRI of 80 or 90, with available color temperatures of 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, and 4000K—all with outstanding color consistency within a 3-step MacAdam ellipse. The luminaire achieves a minimum 50,000-hour lifespan with 85% lumen maintenance in 25°C ambient conditions, validated through IES LM-80 testing standards. Thermal management is handled by the aluminum housing, which functions as an integrated heat sink to extend LED life.
Supporting multiple driver options, Wet Beam 4 Wall can be configured with a Lutron LDE1 Hi-lume 1% EcoSystem driver with Soft-on, Fade-to-Black dimming. Additional options include DALI, DMX, Xitanium SR for wireless sensing, Power over Ethernet (PoE), and various certified integral or remote drivers such as MOLEX, IGOR, and SMARTENGINE. Emergency battery packs or dedicated emergency circuits are available for added safety. The system accepts input voltages of 120V, 277V, 347V, universal (UNV), and DC, ensuring broad compatibility.
With direct light distribution, the Wet Beam 4 Wall delivers up to 1000 lumens per foot and achieves efficacy levels up to 87 lumens per watt. Available in standalone segments from 2 feet to 8 feet or as part of continuous system runs, this robust, energy-efficient lighting solution is built to perform reliably in wet and challenging environments.
