Constructed from marine-grade, die-cast aluminium alloy, it offers outstanding durability and is available in either Class I or optional Class II configurations. With a high level of ingress protection rated at IP66 and impact resistance at IK07, it is well-suited for outdoor and industrial applications. The fixture features a 5CE superior corrosion protection system, including PCS polymer-coated stainless steel hardware, ensuring reliable performance in harsh conditions. A factory-sealed housing with a safety glass lens and a silicone CCG® Controlled Compression Gasket prevents moisture and dust ingress, eliminating the need for on-site opening during installation.
Designed for superior lighting performance, the QLS410 LED is equipped with CAD-optimized optics that enhance illumination quality while minimizing glare. The luminaire supports a variety of light distribution patterns, including symmetric narrow and medium beams, up-and-down beam configurations, and rectangular side throw distributions such as R45. The OLC® One LED Concept and factory-installed LED circuit board contribute to efficient and consistent output. It comes standard with an EC electronic converter and allows for 1–10V or DALI dimming interface upon request.
Electrical specifications include a 220–240V power supply at 50–60 Hz with 1/2 kV surge protection. The LED driver is standard, with an optional DALI version available, which must be specified when ordering. The fixture supports multiple colour temperature options—2700 K, 3000 K, and 4000 K—with an additional optional version available at 2200 K for warm, atmospheric lighting effects.
Aesthetically, the QLS410 is available in a range of colour finishes to suit architectural needs: RAL9004 Signal Black, RAL9006 White Aluminium, RAL9007 Grey Aluminium, RAL7016 Anthracite Grey, and RAL9016 Traffic White.
