Each section of RAIL-LITE connects mechanically, maintaining a consistent visual language across the installation. The fixture’s adjustable spot modules can slide laterally up to 2 feet (610 mm) from their center point, providing flexibility to reposition lights as visual merchandising or layout needs evolve. Additionally, the beam can be tilted in 5° increments up to 45°, with a full 360° rotation range, allowing for highly focused and accurate illumination of targeted areas. Reflectors are available in narrow, medium, and wide beam angles with a vacuum-plated, specular finish and can be swapped on-site thanks to the Twist’N’Lock mechanism.
The trimless version is designed for integration into drywall ceilings ranging from 1/2" to 3/4" (12 mm–19 mm) thick and includes a raw aluminum flange for a minimal, refined edge. Housing is composed of steel and aluminum, finished in black both internally and externally to maintain a cohesive appearance. High-output LEDs are easily replaceable from below and are paired with high-performance extruded aluminum heat sinks to ensure thermal efficiency and long-term reliability.
Each fixture includes an integral constant current driver for 120-277V (EU-240V) operation, which is serviceable from below for easy maintenance. PoE (Power over Ethernet) connectivity is also supported, enabling integration into digital lighting control systems and smart building networks. RAIL-LITE achieves a high CRI of 90 to ensure accurate color representation and clarity, a vital feature for retail and showroom applications. RAIL-LITE is rated for damp locations and designed to deliver high performance with long-term reliability. Lumen output and efficacy are based on 3000K, minimum 80 CRI LED configurations, with a reported L70 lifetime exceeding 60,000 hours at 25°C (77°F).
