The Ogle Mini Floor lamp is a compact, flexible spotlight that brings a distinctive expression to modern interior lighting. Originally conceptualized in 2009 by the design studio Form Us With Love, the Ogle luminaire series was created to fill a gap in the market for spotlights that could be easily adjusted to direct light precisely where needed. The designers envisioned a lamp that would function beautifully on its own or as part of a group, offering both visual appeal and practical versatility.
The Ogle Mini is a newer addition to the series, with a diameter of just 90 mm. Despite its small size, it carries the same robust and refined design language as the original, with the entire body cast in die-cast aluminium. Its rounded lampshade, reminiscent of a melon, houses a “LED eye” that peers outward from the bottom of the globe. Thanks to a milled groove along the top, this LED module can shift its angle of illumination, allowing the light to be aimed with precision.
Designed for maximum flexibility, the Ogle Mini Floor can be tilted up to 90 degrees and rotated a full 360 degrees. This makes it an ideal solution for accent lighting, reading, or creating focused illumination in various interior settings. The lamp connects via a 3-meter feed cable and includes a dimmable foot switch for user-friendly control.
The recommended light source is a dimmable Master LED, although it is not included with the luminaire. Depending on the chosen light source, the light distribution is selectable to suit different needs. With its clean aesthetic, adjustable functionality, and thoughtfully engineered construction, the Ogle Mini Floor combines minimalist Scandinavian design with purposeful performance.
