The PL incorporates high-quality Cree® Integrated LEDs and is available in 1LED, 3LED, or ZDC configurations, delivering up to 79 lumens with efficacy ratings ranging from 15 to 25 lumens per watt. The LEDs are field-upgradeable and rated for an average useful life of 50,000 hours. Each module includes gold-plated connectors, conformal coating, and a proprietary intelligent driver with firmware-controlled temperature regulation to extend longevity and performance. All configurations operate at 10–15V input (11–15V for ZDC), with power consumption ranging from 2 to 6 watts depending on the model. Color temperature lenses offer flexibility with pre-installed 2700K, and interchangeable 3900K, 4500K (green), and 5200K (blue) filters for tailored ambiance and visual comfort.
Optically, the PL fixture features a conical reflector and field-serviceable polycarbonate lenses that support precise light distribution and high resistance to environmental stress. A frosted lens ensures smooth diffusion. The aluminum riser and brass-threaded fittings support secure installation, while the integrated MoistureBlock™ technology in the socket helps prevent moisture intrusion and ensures long-term reliability.
For advanced lighting control, the PL is fully compatible with Luxor® technology. The ZD and ZDC options enable zoning in up to 250 groups, 1% incremental dimming, and RGBW color-changing for dynamic lighting design. Standard versions are also zoneable with a Luxor controller. Dimming is supported via phase-cut or PWM methods, allowing seamless integration with various systems.
Installation is designed specifically for downward lighting applications. The fixture includes a 12" ABS ground spike and features a ¾" machined aluminum riser for added elevation and reach. The PL fixture is rated for ambient operating temperatures between 0°F and 140°F (-18°C to 60°C), weighs 2.3 lbs (1.0 kg), and meets international compliance standards (IEC 60598-1 and IEC 60598-2-7) when used with an IP65+ rated mounting accessory. It is manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility and backed by a 10-year limited warranty.
