Combining the same trusted design with the efficiency and longevity of LED technology, the MS offers an elegant solution for nighttime ambiance and daytime visual appeal. Its compact form and adaptable features make it a reliable choice for both residential and commercial outdoor lighting.
Crafted with precision, the MS features a die-cast brass or aluminum faceplate and housing, enhanced with stainless steel hardware for durability. A two-layer marine-grade protective finish—anodization followed by a polyester TGIC powder coat—ensures the fixture withstands even the harshest outdoor environments. Finish options include natural brass, antique brass in brushed or tumbled styles (both sealed with a clear powder coat), and a range of powder-coated colors to suit various architectural styles.
The integrated Lumileds® LED module delivers 101 lumens at an input power of 1.9 watts, offering an efficacy of 56 lumens per watt and a high CRI of 84 for quality illumination. With a maximum candela of 53 and support for both phase and PWM dimming, the MS provides precise control over light output. It is also fully compatible with Luxor® technology, with zoning and dimming options available through ZD configurations. The fixture’s LED system is field-upgradeable and replaceable, rated for 50,000 hours of life, while the system’s firmware-controlled temperature regulation ensures reliable performance.
Designed for installation in a vertical wall with downward light distribution, the MS includes field-serviceable polycarbonate color temperature filters. The fixture ships with a 2,700K filter pre-installed and an optional 3,900K frosted clear filter. A frosted polycarbonate lens adds a layer of diffusion, while also offering excellent resistance to impact and thermal stress. The lens is framed by tamper-resistant setscrews to ensure security and integrity in public or high-traffic areas.
The MS operates at 10–15V AC/DC, 50/60 Hz and requires a remote transformer. It features a 10-foot length of 18 AWG SPT-1W wire, rated for 220°F and 300V, and includes MoistureBlock™ technology within the socket to prevent internal moisture intrusion. The compact housing supports a single LED module and maintains efficient thermal management in operating temperatures ranging from 0°F to 140°F (-18°C to 60°C).
Compliant with IEC 60598-1 and IEC 60598-2-7 standards when the “e” version is selected, the MS is backed by a 10-year limited warranty, offering long-term peace of mind.
