These luminaires are versatile in application and can be installed in wall surfaces and stair risers, both indoors and outdoors. Depending on their size and output, they are suitable for various lighting tasks. Especially notable are the models with asymmetrical light distribution, designed for the efficient and glare-free illumination of ground surfaces from low mounting heights between 0.3 to 0.5 meters. These provide highly uniform spatial lighting, making them ideal for pathways, staircases, and entry zones.
Select models are also available with integrated emergency lighting functionality. These combined LED emergency luminaires are equipped with a built-in battery capable of delivering up to three hours of illumination during a power failure, meeting the EN 60598-2-22 standard for emergency lighting.
Constructed from robust cast aluminium and finished with BEGA’s advanced Unidure® coating technology, these luminaires are designed for long-term durability in demanding environments. A safety glass cover and reflectors made of pure anodised aluminium enhance performance and reliability. They also incorporate BEGA Thermal Management® and BEGA Constant Optics® for consistent, efficient operation over time. The luminaires are IP65-rated for protection against dust and water and are available with either on/off or DALI-controllable power supply units to integrate with intelligent lighting systems.
