Adapt Cove is a low-power, high-output LED cove light designed for architectural applications where compact form factor and flexible white light options are essential. Featuring Acclaim’s ColorSwitch technology, Adapt Cove allows for manual onboard selection of multiple white color temperatures—including 2400K, 2700K, 3000K, and 3500K—without the need for complex control systems. This gives designers and installers the freedom to make field-adjustable color temperature decisions, optimizing visual impact without added cost or infrastructure.
With its slim profile and housing lengths of 1 foot and 4 feet, Adapt Cove is ideal for tight installation spaces. It supports continuous linear runs of up to 80 feet in series and provides uniform illumination through a wide 110° beam angle. Each foot of fixture consumes just 5 watts of power, delivering up to 450 lumens while maintaining excellent energy efficiency. The integrated 0-10V sink driver allows for smooth 0–100% dimming, and the system can support cable runs of up to 600 feet using 18AWG wire.
Built with an aluminum body and a polycarbonate lens, Adapt Cove is engineered for durability and dry indoor environments. It includes 30° swivel mounting feet for flexible aiming, with 90° mounts available as an option. The fixture operates on universal voltage (120VAC, 240VAC, or 277VAC at 50/60 Hz), and has an IP20 and IK06 rating, offering protection against dust and minor impacts. Adapt Cove’s modular design is compatible with Acclaim’s Modular Systems (AMS) program, ensuring rapid two-week turnaround for custom configurations, making it an adaptable solution for a wide range of commercial and architectural lighting needs.
