The fixture features an incurved array of ellipses forming a tunnel-shaped profile, which delivers a subtle yet striking aesthetic while providing a sublime lighting effect. This unique louver system softens the starkness commonly associated with exposed diffusers, introducing an enchanting decorative element that also enhances visual comfort by minimizing glare. The injection-molded louvers are available in five distinctive finishes: Black, offering the highest glare control; White, which provides increased reflectance and improved performance; and three satinized finishes—Satin Chrome, Satin Gold, and Satin Champagne—designed to elevate interior design schemes. The Systems option allows designers to create continuous, scalable lighting plans suited for a variety of architectural spaces.
Constructed with a robust aluminum body and finished with durable powder coating, Ooooh Systems™ is suspended securely by steel cables, complemented by a silver braided power cable for a clean and professional appearance. It seamlessly integrates into modern data networks via Power over Ethernet (PoE), supporting smart building initiatives and efficient connectivity. For circadian lighting applications, the system is compatible with BIOS technology, with further consultation recommended through the factory. High-performance HPF electronic drivers are housed integrally within the fixture, supporting input voltages from 120 to 277V, including 347V and EU 240V versions. The fixture features a 2.4-inch wide opal acrylic diffuser that provides even and consistent illumination throughout.
The luminaires are designed for flexible installation, mounting directly over standard J boxes (supplied by others), and are available in customizable lengths incremented by 1 inch to precisely fit project requirements. Ooooh Systems™ boasts a robust lumen maintenance with a reported L70 rating of over 60,000 hours at 25°C (77°F) delivering 2000 lumens per foot (6000 lumens per meter), and an estimated L70 exceeding 165,000 hours under the same conditions. The delivered lumens and lumens per watt are based on a 4000K color temperature with a minimum CRI of 80+, ensuring high-quality color rendering.
An integral emergency lighting system is available as an option, offering 1.5 hours of illumination (3 hours for EU) through a self-contained setup that includes an inverter module, NiCad batteries, an LED charge indicator, and a test switch for North American installations. This emergency feature is not available for 347V supply configurations. The system is also compatible with a wide range of advanced lighting control platforms, including Avi-On, Casambi, Enlighted, Lutron Vive, nLight, NX Lighting Controls, Osram, Philips, and others, enabling comprehensive control and automation options.
Additional features include the availability of tunable white light ranging from 2700K to 6500K for dynamic ambiance control, as well as RGBW options for full-color lighting effects, both available upon factory consultation. The Ooooh Systems™ fixtures are rated for damp indoor locations, making them suitable for many commercial and hospitality environments.
