The smooth, frosted acrylic lens ensures consistent light diffusion across the entire emitting surface. Internal thermal management is handled by the aluminum housing, which acts as a heat spreader, maximizing LED lifespan and efficiency even in demanding environments rated for dry and damp locations with ambient operating temperatures from 32°F to 104°F.
Cubic is compatible with a full range of control systems. It supports Lutron EcoSystem H-Series (1%), DALI, DMX, and Xitanium SR for wireless sensors. Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) driver options are also available, and all driver configurations are UL2108 certified for integral or remote use. Emergency backup battery packs and emergency circuit configurations are optional for added resilience.
The luminaire’s lighting quality is further supported by high CRI values (80 or 90 minimum) with CCT options of 3000K, 3500K, or 4000K. Color consistency is maintained within a 3-step MacAdam ellipse across fixtures and installations. Each unit is engineered for a minimum LED lifespan of 50,000 hours at 85% lumen maintenance, meeting rigorous IES LM-80 standards.
