The patented BEGA reflectors (European Patent EP 3098504) ensure highly efficient light deflection and intensive light concentration, resulting in maximum visual comfort. These luminaires can safely be driven over by vehicles with pneumatic tires and are rated to withstand pressure loads of up to 1000 kg, making them suitable for light traffic zones such as plazas, driveways, and pathways.
Built for resilience, the luminaires feature protection class IP67 and are equipped with BEGA Thermal Management® to ensure optimal performance and longevity. The structure includes stainless steel cover frames, aluminium housings for both the luminaire and recessed components, and a safety glass cover. Floodlight variants use reflectors made from pure aluminium to enhance light precision. BEGA Vortex Optics® technology is integrated into each fixture to deliver consistent and controlled beam patterns.
Each unit includes a water stop and connecting cable, ensuring secure installation and long-term resistance to environmental stressors. It is important to note that a suitable foundation with adequate drainage must be prepared by the customer prior to installation. This foundational base is critical for supporting the luminaires and managing the pressure loads they are designed to endure.
