The TLED4 floodlight is constructed for reliability and ease of installation. It comes with integrated mounting brackets and a removable screen secured by clips requiring tools for removal. The heatsink is available in external (ED) configurations for larger versions (20M, 16M, 10M) and internal (ID) for smaller versions (8M, 4M, 2M). The luminaire supports mains connection via branch wiring for single-phase 220–240V 50/60Hz networks, with pass-through three-phase wiring available on request through an external junction box. Integrated main cables are standard, with additional options for fire-proof cables, separate network/DALI cabling, and IEC plug connections.
Surge protection is incorporated for up to 12kV, with optional SPD units rated 12kV-10kA, type 2+3, including LED signaling and a thermal fuse to safely disconnect the load at the end of its life. Control systems include fixed power (F), DALI digital dimming, constant light flux (FLC), and wireless single-point communication (WL), offering flexibility for smart tunnel lighting networks.
Constructed from durable materials, TLED4 features an extruded anodized aluminium heatsink, stainless steel fixing clips, and a high-precision optical system using 99.85% pure aluminium with a vacuum-sealed 99.95% surface finish, meeting A+ grade optical standards according to DIN EN 16268. The 5mm flat tempered glass screen provides high transparency while maintaining protection against environmental hazards. Cable glands are polyamide, and the gasket is polyurethane, forming a robust sealed assembly without a junction point.
