The RFL540-SE LED street light is a robust and high-performance luminaire designed for demanding outdoor environments. Engineered with an IP66-rated, marine-grade, die-cast aluminium alloy body, it provides exceptional resistance to weather and corrosion, supported by a 5CE superior protection system and PCS polymer-coated stainless steel hardware. The luminaire features a non-reflecting safety glass lens with a hinged design and integrated safety switch for ease of access and maintenance. A silicone CCG® Controlled Compression Gasket ensures durable sealing against moisture and dust ingress.
With an impact protection rating of IK07, the RFL540-SE is suitable for high-traffic urban or infrastructure applications. The unit includes an integral EC electronic converter housed in a thermally separated compartment, ensuring thermal efficiency and component longevity. DALI compatibility enables advanced lighting control options. CAD-optimized optics and the OLC® One LED Concept deliver uniform, glare-controlled illumination. The fixture is factory-sealed and requires no opening during installation, enhancing reliability and reducing installation time.
This street lighting solution supports various light distribution patterns, including asymmetric side throw beams (S60, S65, S70), forward throw (A60), rectangular side throw (R65), and specific configurations for pedestrian crossings in both left-hand (P45L) and right-hand (P45R) traffic applications. Color temperatures available include 2700 K, 3000 K, and 4000 K. An optional 2200 K version is available upon request, as well as a 'Wild-Light' variant that combines 2200 K and 3000 K outputs, optionally integrated with Eco Step Dim® Advanced or motion sensor technology. With a windage (EPA) of 0.255 m² and a power factor greater than 0.9, the RFL540-SE supports a 220-240V power supply at 50-60 Hz. Optional surge protection up to 6/6 kV (SP10) is also available. This versatile and durable street light comes in a variety of architectural colors, including RAL9004 Signal Black, RAL9006 White Aluminium, RAL9007 Grey Aluminium, RAL7016 Anthracite Grey, and RAL9016 Traffic White, offering aesthetic flexibility for urban and municipal projects.
