The Arne area light supports a variety of mounting arrangements, including single, double, or multiple articulating luminaires per pole. Standard pole heights range from 4.5 meters to 10 meters, while additional configurations are offered with poles at 4.2, 5.0, 5.8, 7.6, and 9.2 meters. For more intimate lighting experiences, the Arne S variant offers smaller-scaled fixtures available with 3.4, 4.2, 5.0, and 5.8-meter poles, and is also compatible with wall-mounted and catenary applications. These scalable solutions allow the Arne family to beautifully address the needs of diverse outdoor environments, from architectural highlights and landscape accents to expansive pedestrian zones.
Engineered for performance and longevity, Arne fixtures are constructed from cast aluminum with a tempered glass diffuser lens and a threaded weatherproof cord grip. A polymer sealing gasket and stainless steel hardware ensure durability in demanding outdoor conditions. The luminaires are powered by high-performance LEDs mounted on RoHS-compliant circuit boards, with PMMA optics delivering light in either 3000K or 4000K color temperatures. With a CRI greater than 80 across all options and a rated life of over 50,000 hours (TM21 L70 at 10k), Arne ensures consistent, high-quality illumination. Electrical components operate on 120V–277V at 50/60 Hz with standard 0–10V dimming, and DALI dimming is available upon request. The fixtures are IP66 rated for protection against dust and water ingress and start reliably in temperatures as low as -40°C. Optional ANSI C136.41 receptacles can be included and are shipped loose for installation at the pole top.
The structural components of the Arne system are built to withstand rigorous urban and landscape environments. Round poles are constructed from seamless aluminum alloy and are available in straight 5-inch diameters or stepped versions transitioning from 7 or 8 inches to 5 inches depending on height. Each pole includes a flush-mounted hand hole cover secured with magnicoated fasteners. The base plate is made from cast aluminum A356 alloy heat treated to a T6 temper and comes with four decorative cast aluminum nut covers. Installation accessories, including a mounting template and anchor bolts, are included. The galvanized anchor bolts conform to ASTM F1554 Grade 55 specifications and include two hex nuts, two flat washers, and an L-bend for secure installation.
Mounting brackets, whether for single or double fixtures, are made from cast aluminum and attach securely to a 5-inch pole section using a through-bolt. Luminaires are fastened to these brackets with stainless steel clamps, and all hardware used throughout the assembly is made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Arne street lights are available in eight distribution types and offer a clean, cohesive aesthetic while delivering precision lighting performance for a wide range of outdoor applications.
