The NP LED Accent Light is a highly versatile up light designed to meet a broad range of landscape accent lighting needs. Built with durable die-cast aluminum, the fixture features a two-layer marine-grade anodization and powder coat finish for superior protection against the elements. The NP is compatible with Luxor® technology and supports phase dimming, offering users precise lighting control. Engineered for flexibility, it includes ProAim™ adjustability and multiple beam angle options—10°, 35°, and 60°—to suit different lighting applications.
Inside, the NP houses an integrated LED module with Lumileds® LEDs, delivering high-performance illumination with long-lasting reliability. These LEDs are conformal-coated and equipped with gold-plated connectors, while a proprietary on-board intelligent driver regulates temperature through firmware, extending the LED life to a rated 72,000 hours. The LEDs are field-upgradeable and replaceable, ensuring ongoing performance and maintainability.
The fixture is constructed with an A380 die-cast aluminum housing and shroud, paired with a die-cast zinc/aluminum alloy knuckle and stainless steel hardware. The knuckle allows for precise aiming with 9° increments of vertical adjustability over a 220° range, while its compress-and-lock mechanism ensures stability after installation. For glare control, a standard die-cast aluminum shroud with a 45° cutoff is included, with a 60° long shroud option also available.
The NP features a tempered glass lens for shock resistance and high tolerance to temperature shifts. Optics include a pre-installed 35° beam lens and a 60° alternative. The fixture also accepts MR16-sized accessories such as additional beam spread lenses, color filters, and hex baffles for further customization. Power is supplied via a 10-15VAC/VDC input, requiring a remote transformer (specified separately).
The wiring includes a 10-foot pre-stripped 18 AWG cable rated for high heat and voltage. The fixture includes a 10-inch ABS slotted installation spike for secure mounting. It is rated to operate in temperatures ranging from 0°F to 140°F (-18°C to 60°C), weighs 1.9 lbs. (0.9 kg), and is designed for upward installation only.
Control options include standard zoning with Luxor, or advanced ZD and ZDC models for zoning/dimming and full color-changing capabilities across up to 250 groups. The ZDC version offers over 30,000 RGBW color combinations. The NP also complies with IEC 60598-1 and IEC 60598-2-4 standards when used with the International Spike Kit or a compatible mount rated IP65 or higher. Engineered for sustainability, the fixture incorporates recycled materials where possible without compromising performance, ensuring high energy efficiency and durability.
