This flexibility allows users to create customized lighting scenes with up to 250 zone groups, adjusting brightness in 1% increments or selecting from 30,000 colors for dynamic outdoor environments. Additionally, both fixtures feature a DarkSky approved B0-U0-G0 BUG rating, ensuring minimal light pollution and responsible outdoor lighting.
The MP-30 uses an integrated PowerBoard™ LED module, delivering up to 60 lumens with a color rendering index of 85+, and offers multiple color temperatures including 2700K, 3000K, and amber wavelengths around 585-595 nm. Its LED lifespan is rated at an impressive 72,000 hours. The MP-31 model offers more versatility with options for G4 LED lamps, providing lumen outputs between 40 and 85 and color temperatures of 2700K or 3000K. Although the MP-31 has a shorter lifespan of 55,000 hours for LEDs and 33,000 hours for G4 lamps, it still ensures high performance in outdoor settings.
The fixtures’ housings feature die-cast aluminum designed to accommodate rectangular 1 LED integrated modules or G4 lamps, topped with OptiClear™ tempered glass lenses that provide exceptional optical purity and durability. The design includes a conduit stabilizer for enhanced stability when ground mounted, and the fixtures install easily into standard North American ¾" Schedule 40 conduit, with adapters included for compatibility.
Internally, the integrated LED modules have gold-plated connectors and conformal coating to maximize reliability and protect against corrosion. The onboard intelligent driver uses firmware-controlled temperature regulation to optimize LED lifespan, and the modules are field serviceable, upgradeable, and replaceable. Both models operate on an input voltage range of 10 to 15 VAC/VDC, requiring a remote transformer specified separately, with 11 to 15 VAC needed for ZDC configurations.
Designed for downward lighting direction only, these fixtures operate in ambient temperatures ranging from 0°F to 140°F (-18°C to 60°C) and weigh approximately 3 pounds (1.4 kg). The two-layer sulfuric acid anodization and polyester TGIC powder-coat finish ensures outstanding outdoor weathering performance, tested to ASTM standards.
