LED Light Bar for Fire, Police, and Emergency Response Vehicles

  • Tomar
The 35" TOMAR TRT Series LED Light Bar is a rugged and dependable lighting solution designed specifically for emergency response, tactical vehicles, and extreme illumination needs. Built with durability and high performance in mind, the TRT Series stands up to the most demanding environments while delivering powerful, efficient light. Its integrated optics system ensures that every beam of light is directed precisely where it's needed, optimizing visibility and reducing unwanted glare.

At the core of the TRT Series are Cree XPL LEDs paired with TOMAR’s proprietary Clear Vision Optics. This advanced optical system uses a hybrid total-internal-reflector (TIR) collimator positioned over the LED, rather than a traditional reflector behind it. This engineering approach significantly improves beam efficiency by focusing more light exactly where it's needed and reducing scattered vertical light, which typically causes glare. The result is a light bar that produces more effective illumination using the same or fewer lumens compared to conventional systems.

This 35" LED light bar is built around a robust 6063-T5 aluminum heatsink, ensuring excellent thermal performance during extended use. With waterproof and dustproof protection rated at IP68 and IP69K, and tested for immersion up to 9 meters, the TRT Series can handle harsh environmental conditions without compromise. Its internal electronics and optics are sealed using TOMAR’s patented linear-vibration welding process, which provides superior protection against moisture and debris. Each bar includes seven optical modules and is available in four beam configurations: Spot, Flood, Composite (Spot/Flood Combo), and pure Flood/Spot hybrids—each tailored for specific operational needs from long-range visibility to wide-area illumination.

TOMAR’s Dual-Mode Lighting Technology is also a key feature of the TRT Series. This technology enables a single LED light bar to perform two distinct functions depending on the operational context. Whether you're responding to an emergency or navigating off-road terrain, the light bar can switch from high-intensity warning mode to a powerful scene illumination mode. This adaptability makes it ideal for dynamic situations like wildfires or tactical operations where different lighting demands arise within seconds.

The TRT Series light bars are fully compliant with major safety standards including SAE, California Title 13, and NFPA guidelines—even when operating in flashing warning mode. TOMAR’s commitment to performance-through-engineering ensures this compliance without sacrificing intensity or effectiveness. Every unit is equipped with dimming capability, internally-relayed switching, and low-current control wiring for simplified installation—eliminating the need for additional vehicle relays.

The 35" TRT Series LED Light Bar is not only engineered for reliability but also for ease of use and installation. Each light bar comes with a universal mounting kit and a wiring harness (with optional disconnect configurations), making it suitable for a wide range of vehicles. Designed to eliminate wind noise and assembled in-house at TOMAR’s headquarters in Gilbert, Arizona, every detail of this light bar reflects TOMAR’s focus on supporting professionals who protect and serve.

Whether you're illuminating a trail, lighting up a large scene, or signaling in a tactical situation, the TOMAR TRT Series delivers unmatched performance, durability, and versatility in a sleek and mission-ready package.
