The PF LED Path Light is a luxurious and compact fixture that draws inspiration from the elegant cantilevered structures of Thai temples. As a scaled-down version of the DM and GN models, the PF features the same architectural grace and craftsmanship but in a smaller form factor, making it ideal for intimate garden pathways or detailed landscape features. With a design that perfectly complements craftsman-style architecture, the PF adds a unique and refined aesthetic to any outdoor space. Like all FX Luminaire fixtures, it maintains a balance of versatility and distinctiveness—subtle enough to blend into various garden or architectural themes while avoiding the predictability that can make a design feel ordinary. The PF is also designed to work harmoniously with its larger counterparts, the DM and GN, allowing designers to maintain a consistent fixture style across differently scaled areas.
Constructed from high-quality materials, the PF features a machined C360 brass cap and reducer paired with a spun and extruded C110 copper top and riser. This combination of brass and copper offers exceptional durability, a timeless appearance, and various finish options including natural, powder-coated, or antiqued treatments. Antique finishes are sealed with a clear TGIC powder coat layer for added protection, while brass accent components remain in their natural state in select finishes. The fixture includes a 10-inch ABS slotted installation spike and is designed for ground-mounted, downward lighting applications.
The integrated Cree® LED module is engineered for reliability and performance. It features gold-plated connectors, a conformal coating for corrosion resistance, and a proprietary on-board intelligent driver that uses firmware-controlled temperature regulation to maximize LED life. Rated for an average of 50,000 hours, the LEDs are both field-upgradeable and replaceable. With a single LED configuration, the PF delivers a maximum output of 39 lumens, offering an efficacy of 19.4 lumens per watt and a CRI of 86. Color temperature customization is made possible through interchangeable polycarbonate lenses, with options ranging from 2700K (amber filter) to 5200K (blue filter).
For power and control, the PF operates on a 10–15 VAC/VDC input and requires a remote transformer (specified separately). Wiring includes an 18 AWG SPT-1W cable rated for high temperatures and voltage, with a standard 3.6-foot lead length when paired with the 12-inch riser. The fixture is phase and PWM dimmable and fully compatible with Luxor® technology. The ZD control option allows for zoning of up to 250 fixture groups, with dimming adjustable in 1% increments between 0% and 100%. Even the standard version of the PF is zoneable with Luxor.
The housing includes a frosted polycarbonate lens designed to endure thermal expansion and physical stress, and the fixture’s conical reflector is engineered to optimize beam distribution relative to riser height. MoistureBlock™ technology within the socket prevents water from wicking into sealed components, enhancing the fixture’s longevity and performance in outdoor environments. The ¾" (19 mm) copper riser incorporates press-fit brass fittings applied at over 2,000 lbs of pressure—eliminating the need for adhesives or fasteners. The entire assembly is compliant with IEC 60598-1 and 60598-2-7 standards when paired with an appropriate ground mount or IP65-rated accessory.
