The Flex Tube series offers a versatile range of high-performance, flexible LED strips engineered for outdoor and architectural applications. These linear LED solutions deliver uniform, direct-view illumination in a wide array of color and white options, with built-to-order lengths and multiple mounting, control, and bending configurations to meet diverse project demands.
Flex Tube Pixel delivers individually addressable control with pixel resolution every 3.28" (83.34mm), offering smooth color transitions and rich visual effects. Designed for direct-view applications, it comes in a 5-meter spool or custom-cut lengths. This model is housed in a second-generation UV-resistant silicone body that’s IP68 rated for submersion up to 2 meters, and it’s also 3G vibration and IK08 impact rated. Flex Tube Pixel is available in RGB, RGBW (3000K), or RGBW (4000K) color options, with a 120° beam angle and output of up to 287 lumens per foot. Control is achieved via DMX with 3 or 4 channels per pixel, totaling up to 240 channels per 5-meter strip. Operating on 24VDC, it consumes 6.7W per foot and requires aluminum mounting channels. The fixture offers four cable feed options, two viewing angles, and a minimum bend radius of 5.9" (150mm).
Flex Tube DW is a dynamic white LED strip that allows seamless tuning between 2200K and 5700K within the same fixture. It’s available in up to 7-meter spools or custom lengths, with each section measuring 3.28". Like other Flex Tube models, it features a rugged silicone housing, IP68 waterproof rating, and 3G vibration resistance. Flex Tube DW provides up to 199 lumens per foot with a 120° beam angle and operates on 24VDC, consuming 3.65W per foot. Dimming and control are handled via DMX/RDM or DALI using two channels per section. Designed for vertical or horizontal bends, it features a 5.9" minimum bend radius and requires aluminum mounting channels for secure installation.
Flex Tube Spectrum introduces Quad Spectrum (QS) and Quad White (QW4) technologies, enabling both color-changing and dedicated white lighting from the same fixture. A third variant, RGBA, further extends color mixing capabilities. Flex Tube Spectrum is available in up to 6-meter lengths with section points every 3.28" and is housed in a low-profile, IP68-rated silicone body built to withstand wet environments, impacts (IK08), and high-vibration conditions (3G rated). It outputs up to 244 lumens per foot with 120° optics and consumes 4.57W per foot. Control is provided via optional DMX or DALI drivers, and aluminum mounting channels are available for various installations. Like other models, it features a 5.9" minimum bend radius and multiple feed entry options.
Flex Tube HO (High Output) is engineered to replace traditional high-power cove fixtures. Available in a range of white color temperatures—2200K through 5700K—it offers robust performance in harsh environments, with an IP68 rating, IK10 impact protection, and 3G vibration certification. The HO model delivers up to 515 lumens per foot at 5.5W per foot (18W/m) and is dimmable via DMX, DALI, 0-10V, or mains-level TRIAC/ELV dimming using optional drivers. Built-to-order lengths up to 5 meters are available, with section points every 2.18" (55.56mm). Aluminum mounting channels and two bend direction options support diverse applications, while the rugged silicone body ensures long-lasting durability.
Flex Tube HO SC (Slim Configuration) retains all the high-output features of the HO version in a more compact form. It offers the same range of white color temperatures and precise control options, with up to 515 lumens per foot and a beam angle of 114°. Operating on 24VDC at 5.5W per foot, it ensures efficient performance across harsh climates, with ratings of IP68, IK10, and 3G vibration resistance. The strip is available in lengths from 4.37" to 16.4', maintaining consistency in color temperature across runs due to strict binning tolerances within a 2-step MacAdam ellipse. Flexible mounting options and durable materials make HO SC a premium solution for outdoor architectural applications.
Flex Tube Mini rounds out the series with an ultra-compact 0.4” x 0.4” profile, making it ideal for installations where space is limited. Supplied in up to 15-meter spools or customized lengths, it offers up to 10 different colors, including static white, red, green, blue, amber, dynamic white, and RGBW. Like its larger counterparts, Flex Tube Mini features a UV-resistant silicone body, IP68 protection, and 3G vibration resistance, with the added advantage of a tighter minimum bend radius of 3.93" (100mm). It supports three cable feed styles and two bend directions to fit diverse application needs, while maintaining the same smooth, continuous illumination characteristic of the entire Flex Tube range.
Each Flex Tube variant is purpose-built to meet the rigors of outdoor environments while delivering premium lighting performance, precision control, and consistent output. From decorative and architectural accents to large-scale installations requiring pixel-level control or high-output white illumination, the Flex Tube family offers a reliable, flexible solution tailored to your vision.
