The LED crane light series continues to expand with a high-temperature range that reliably meets demanding industrial applications. The new line-up includes three power levels ranging from 200 to 500 watts, offering practical symmetrical beam angles of 60, 90, and 120 degrees. Standard DALI-2 dimming ensures precise control over lighting intensity, while a generously dimensioned die-cast aluminum heat sink enables operation in environments with temperatures up to 80 degrees Celsius. Each crane luminaire is delivered with a reinforced stainless steel mounting bracket, a specially developed crane mounting kit, and integrated fall protection. Five years of full warranty and ten years of spare parts warranty make this series a secure and long-term investment for industrial operations.
The luminaires feature a shock- and vibration-resistant assembly with screw locking and a reinforced stainless steel mounting system. These systems are specialized for crane applications and include rubber buffers to dampen vibration, ensuring stable and durable installation under heavy-duty conditions. Two constant current power supplies are included, integrating DALI-2 dimming as standard, with optional constant lumen output (CLO) or high-voltage versions up to 400 volts. The housing is solid and optimized for high-temperature operation up to 70 degrees Celsius, complemented by a dust-permeable heat sink, pressure compensation membrane to prevent condensation, and an impact- and UV-resistant optical system using collimator technology to reduce stray light.
The V2 HT 200–240 model delivers an initial luminous flux between 34,000 and 40,800 lumens with a luminous flux tolerance of ±10 percent. The system achieves up to 170 lumens per watt, a color rendering index of Ra > 80, and a color consistency of less than 5 SDCM, providing uniform light quality. Symmetrical beam angles of 60, 90, and 120 degrees ensure versatile application, while photobiological safety is compliant with IEC/TR 62778 and compact flicker degree is limited to 1 percent. Electrotechnical properties include AC supply of 90 to 240 volts, DC supply of 127 to 250 volts, system performance of 200 to 240 watts, a power factor above 0.93, and total harmonic distortion below 20 percent. Overvoltage and overheating protection, temperature monitoring, and T5 temperature classification support reliable operation in industrial environments. The luminaire supports standard crane mounting with two attachment points, as well as optional one-point mounting and customized solutions.
Control and safety options include DALI-2 dimming with a minimum dimming level of 10 percent, optional CLO, Casambi network integration, human-centric lighting on request, and daylight control via Casambi. Housing properties enable operation from –40 to +80 degrees Celsius, with ingress protection IP66, impact resistance IK08, electrical protection class I, and a limited surface temperature. The housing and heat sink are die-cast aluminum, and the optical system is impact- and UV-resistant polycarbonate, complemented by a 5 mm thick tempered safety glass cover. The luminaire color is white aluminum (RAL 9006), with a water blue power supply housing (RAL 5021) and powder-coated finish. Supply cable type is H05SS-F 5G1, 250 centimeters in length, with cable glands and open cable ends.
The HT 500 model extends the series with a 500-watt system, delivering 82,500 lumens with a luminous flux tolerance of ±10 percent and system efficiency of up to 165 lumens per watt. This model maintains Ra > 80, color consistency below 5 SDCM, and offers symmetrical beam angles of 60 and 90 degrees. The optical system includes linear technology to reduce stray light. Electrotechnical properties include AC supply of 90 to 240 volts, DC supply of 140 to 250 volts, integrated dual power supplies, a power factor above 0.90, and total harmonic distortion below 20 percent. Standard and optional mounting solutions are identical to the V2 HT 200–240 model, with identical control and housing features, ensuring consistent performance in high-temperature industrial settings.
All luminaires in the high-temperature crane light series include reinforced stainless steel brackets, crane mounting kits with two attachment points, and rope suspension for fall protection. Accessories for enhanced installation flexibility include crane mounting kits with one attachment point, supply cable extensions up to 10 meters, 3-pin safety plugs with IP44 protection, 5-pin Wieland connectors, and preassembled kits for outsourcing integrated power supplies up to 35 meters. Casambi control units allow networked control of the luminaires, with a maximum operating ambient temperature of 50 degrees Celsius. This complete series ensures reliable, long-term performance for industrial crane environments under extreme heat and operational stress.
