The tempLED RayBeam Pro V2 HT high-temperature high-bay LED light is purpose-built for industrial areas that experience elevated ambient temperatures up to +80 degrees Celsius. Available in four power levels ranging from 100 to 240 watts, this high-bay luminaire offers reliable and precise lighting coverage for large-scale industrial environments. Its integrated optical system, employing high-performance light-directing optics, is available in three practical symmetrical beam angles of 60, 90, and 120 degrees. This configuration efficiently reduces spill light and directs illumination exactly where it is needed, making it suitable for production floors, warehouses, heavy machinery zones, and other high-temperature industrial settings. The modular structure of the luminaire allows for a replaceable power supply unit, and standard DALI-2 dimming ensures flexible control. A sturdy cover constructed from five-millimeter-thick safety glass adds robustness and long-term reliability. A five-year full warranty and ten-year spare parts guarantee make this product a secure and long-term investment.

The luminaire features an energy-efficient constant current power supply with integrated DALI-2 dimming, and an optional constant lumen output (CLO) is available for stable light output over time. Its modular overall structure allows for exchangeable and replaceable main components, ensuring adaptability and ease of maintenance. The luminaire is built around a solid, high-temperature-optimized housing with a powerful, dust-permeable heat sink made from die-cast aluminum. The optical system is both impact- and UV-resistant, delivering precise light distribution with reduced stray light. The cover plate is manufactured from 5 mm thick toughened safety glass, providing additional protection and durability in demanding industrial environments.

Lighting performance ranges from an initial luminous flux of 17,000 to 40,800 lumens with a luminous flux tolerance of ±10 percent. The system efficiency reaches up to 170 lumens per watt, and the available color temperatures are 4,000 and 5,000 kelvins, achieving a color rendering index (CRI) of Ra > 80 and color consistency of less than 5 SDCM. Photobiological safety is certified under IEC/TR 62778, and the compact flicker degree (CFD) is maintained at 1 percent, ensuring stable and comfortable lighting conditions.

Electrotechnical properties include AC power supply compatibility from 90 to 240 volts and DC operation from 127 to 250 volts. System performance varies between 100 and 240 watts, with a tolerance of ±10 percent. The power factor exceeds 0.93, while total harmonic distortion (THD) remains below 20 percent. The luminaire is protected against overvoltage and overheating and incorporates temperature monitoring. Classified under ATEX as T5, it can withstand a maximum Tc temperature of +89 degrees Celsius.

The luminaire offers flexible mounting options. Standard mounting includes a ceiling bracket with an adjustment range of -45 to +45 degrees, and pendant mounting with a mounting eyelet is available for the 100, 150, and 200-watt models. Optional wall brackets with a 0 to 90-degree adjustment range expand installation versatility. Control features include DALI-2 dimming with a minimum dimming level of 10 percent, optional constant lumen output, and compatibility with the Casambi network. Additional optional functionalities include an emergency light module, human-centric lighting, and a daylight control system via Casambi.

Housing specifications enable operation in ambient temperatures from –40 to +80 degrees Celsius, with ingress protection rated at IP66 and an impact resistance level of IK08. Electrical protection class I and a limited surface temperature (D) ensure safety compliance. The luminaire incorporates a pressure compensation membrane and is constructed from die-cast aluminum for both housing and heat sink. The standard ceiling bracket is made of stainless steel, powder-coated in white aluminum (RAL 9006). The optical system is built from impact- and UV-resistant polycarbonate, and the cover plate consists of 5 mm toughened safety glass. The luminaire housing is finished in white aluminum (RAL 9006), while the power supply housing is water blue (RAL 5021) with a powder-coated surface. Power connection uses a 5G1 H05SS-F cable of 250 centimeters in length, connected via plug connectors and open cable ends. The luminaire supports 3 grid / 2 DALI poles.

Additional information highlights certifications, including ENEC (in preparation), and conformity with CE and RoHS standards. Lifespan is approximately 100,000 hours (L70B10C1 at 25°C) and 80,000 hours at +80°C, with L90B10C1 at 50,000 hours. The luminaire includes a five-year guarantee and a ten-year spare parts guarantee. The standard delivery includes the luminaire, ceiling bracket, fall protection, and mounting eyelet when applicable.

Accessories for the RayBeam Pro V2 HT series include wall brackets for adjustable mounting, locking devices for ball impact safety, 3-pin safety plugs with IP44 ingress protection, 5-pin supply cable extensions up to 10 meters, Wieland RST 20i5 connectors for both socket and plug, polycarbonate cover plates, Casambi control units, and emergency light modules with automatic supply monitoring and 3.5-watt output for up to three hours runtime. These accessories extend the flexibility, safety, and functionality of the luminaire across diverse industrial applications.
