Constructed with a halogen-free polycarbonate housing finished in grey (RAL 7040), the Reliant offers a high level of toughness while maintaining a sleek form. Its optical design includes multiple lens material options—tempered glass, clear acrylic, and both clear and diffused polycarbonate—to accommodate diverse lighting needs. Beam distributions are available in both medium and aisle configurations, making the fixture ideal for open spaces as well as racked environments.
The fixture delivers a broad lumen output range from 18,000 to 72,000 lumens, achieving up to 160 lumens per watt for superior energy savings. Color temperature options include Neutral White (4000K) and Cool White (5000K), both with a color rendering index (CRI) of 80. Operating voltages are supported across a wide range—100-277 VAC and 347-480 VAC—with built-in surge protection (6kV standard, upgradeable to 10kV). Power quality is equally robust, with a power factor greater than 0.9 and total harmonic distortion (THD) kept under 20%. The Reliant High Bay is fully compatible with 0-10VDC dimming, offering a wide dimming range from 100% to 5%, and is equipped with controls such as high-end trim and energy monitoring for even greater efficiency and integration into smart lighting systems.
The fixture is engineered for reliability under extreme environmental conditions, with a standard operating temperature range of -40°F to +131°F (-40°C to +55°C). A battery backup option is available for emergency lighting, supporting an ambient temperature range of +50°F to +95°F (10°C to +35°C), but only with 100-277 VAC configurations.
Installation flexibility is a key advantage of the Reliant High Bay. Mounting options include cable/chain suspension or a 304 stainless steel pendant mount. The fixture includes two mounting tabs per side and multiple cable entry points: two 3/4" knockouts per side and one on top, plus a 1/2" knockout on each side. Electrical connections are simplified through 8-inch flying leads within a dedicated wiring cavity, and options are available for 6' or 12' STOOW power cables.
Backed by Dialight’s industry-leading 10-year warranty, the Reliant High Bay not only ensures peace of mind but also reduces long-term maintenance costs.
