The CEAG eLLK Non-metallic Hazardous Area Linear LED Light Fixtures, part of the Crouse-Hinds series by Eaton, offer robust and efficient lighting solutions specifically designed for use in hazardous locations classified as Zones 1, 2, 21, and 22. These linear LED fixtures integrate the trusted design of the eLLK housing and EVG09 electronic ballast with advanced LED technology, delivering high-performance illumination with a rated lifespan of up to 110,000 hours. Their operational temperature range of -25°C to +55°C ensures reliability in both cold and hot environments, making them highly versatile for global industrial use.

The eLLK LED luminaires are constructed from heavy-duty, non-metallic materials, such as a glass fiber-reinforced polyester housing and a durable polycarbonate lens. This corrosion-resistant design meets IP66 and NEMA 4X standards, ensuring full protection against dust, dirt, water ingress, corrosive atmospheres, and mechanical impacts. These qualities make the fixtures ideal for demanding environments such as chemical plants, offshore platforms, tunnels, loading docks, and stairwells—especially in locations requiring low mounting heights and uniform linear illumination.

Engineered with high-efficiency heat sinks, these luminaires effectively dissipate heat away from the LEDs, preserving lumen output and maintaining color consistency over time. They provide immediate, full brightness without delay or performance degradation due to frequent switching. A generously sized terminal compartment and single-ended through-wiring simplify cabling, while a double-sided locking mechanism enables flexible installation with up to 20 latch points.
