The fixture complies with IEC 61000-3-2 Class C harmonic standards and EMC regulations (FCC Title 47, Subpart B, Section 15, Class A), with RF immunity rated at 10V/m across 80MHz to 1GHz. Transient protection ratings include 8kV/4kA for 100-277 VAC models and 6kV/3kA for 347-480 VAC models per IEEE C62.41, ensuring resilience against electrical surges.
Constructed with a copper-free aluminum housing finished in grey (RAL 7040), the SafeSite High Bay features a dual-coat system comprising a chemical-resistant epoxy primer topped with a sealed polyester coat for superior corrosion resistance. The fixture is designed to endure vibration up to 5G for 750,000 cycles and shock loads up to 50G, per IEC testing standards, making it ideal for environments with heavy machinery and constant motion.
