Certified to meet CE, ENEC, and RCM standards, the Reliant High Bay is built to withstand harsh indoor conditions with an IP66-rated enclosure, ensuring robust protection against dust and water ingress. The fixture supports a broad operating temperature range from -40°C to +55°C, making it suitable for diverse industrial applications. Offering lumen packages ranging from 11,000 to 36,000 lumens and high efficacy up to 160 lm/W, it provides powerful illumination while minimizing energy consumption.
Engineered for flexibility and ease of installation, the Reliant High Bay supports multiple mounting configurations including a durable 304 stainless steel hook. It includes optional accessories such as wiring boxes and power cables in 6-foot and 10-foot lengths. Electrical connectivity options include standard terminals and CEE/IEC plug configurations. The fixture’s housing combines a polycarbonate upper section with a rugged aluminum lower section, and lens options include clear acrylic, clear or diffused polycarbonate, and glass, ensuring optimal performance in various lighting environments.
Advanced optical configurations are available, including medium and aisle beam distributions, with color temperature choices of neutral white (4000K) and cool white (5000K) and a color rendering index of 80. The Reliant High Bay is controls-enabled by default and supports both DALI 1.0 and 2.0 standards, as well as continuous 0-10V dimming down to 5% and wireless dimming via Dialight’s IntelliLED system, allowing integration into modern smart lighting ecosystems.
Electrical performance is optimized with a power factor greater than 0.9 at 100-277 VAC, low total harmonic distortion (<20% per IEC 55015), and compliance with key international standards for surge immunity and electromagnetic compatibility including IEEE C62.41, IEC 61000-4-4, IEC 61000-4-5, IEC 61000-3-2 Class C, and IEC 61000-3-3 flicker standards. Cable entry is supported via three M20 ports, and Australian models feature a 1.8m cable with plug. Internally, the fixture includes 5-position terminals supporting 0.5–4 mm² conductors.
Every element of the Reliant High Bay is engineered for longevity and resilience. It features a superior dual-coat finish with a sealed polyester topcoat over an epoxy primer for extended durability. Gaskets are made of Santoprene at the light engine and EPDM for the wiring box, ensuring long-term sealing integrity.
