Medium, Large, and Extra Large sizes are available to accommodate application-specific needs, from replacing 400W HID up to high-output 1000W+ HID systems.
Cree’s NanoComfort® Technology uses a compact 4x4 array of LEDs, each paired with an individually sculpted acrylic lens. These lenses are precisely shaped to direct light exactly where it is needed while reducing harsh glare and improving visual comfort—without sacrificing efficiency. In select 5000K versions, Cree TrueWhite® Technology further enhances color quality, providing 90+ CRI and lifelong color consistency with high efficacy, ideal for visually critical environments.
Electrical performance is engineered for reliability and flexibility. The OSQ Series supports 120-277V, 277-480V, or 347-480V inputs at 50/60Hz and offers robust 0-10V dimming capabilities that dim to 10%. Power factor exceeds 0.9 at full load, and total harmonic distortion is kept under 20%. Surge protection is standard at 10kV/5kA with an optional upgrade to 20kV/10kA. Each unit includes an 18/5 cord and is operable in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +40°C. Multiple control options are supported, including DALI®, Zhaga®, and Bluetooth® technology. Lift & Lock NEMA 7-pin and BML-compatible bases are available for smart city or networked lighting systems.
Construction includes an exclusive Colorfast DeltaGuard® finish with an E-Coat epoxy primer and ultra-durable powder topcoat in silver, bronze, black, or white. The housing is corrosion-resistant and UV-stable, ideal for long-term outdoor use. Acrylic optics with clear tempered glass lenses ensure durability and optimal light transmission. For applications that require uplight or downlight, the OSQ Series supports both, although uplight is not recommended with N or R optical distributions.
Every OSQ luminaire includes a scannable QR code on the driver cover and duplicate labels for maintenance tracking, installation instructions, and warranty information. The luminaire is tested for IP66 enclosure integrity and rated to withstand 5,000 hours of salt fog exposure per ASTM B 117. The lens meets IK07 impact protection standards, and the product complies with FCC Part 15 and ANSI C136.2 surge protection standards.
The OSQ Series is cULus Listed, RoHS compliant, and eligible for Buy American Act (BAA) and Build America, Buy America (BABA) procurement depending on configuration. Many SKUs are DLC and DLC Premium qualified, and DLC LUNA qualified models are available when specified with 4L-40L lumen packages, 30K7 CCT, and direct arm mounting. It is also DarkSky Approved when ordered with 1900K or 3000K color temperatures and direct arm mount.
For advanced lighting control, the OSQ Series is compatible with Synapse® SimplySNAP intelligent control systems. This wireless solution offers zone dimming, motion sensing, daylight harvesting, and utility-grade power monitoring across up to 1000 nodes per gateway. The TL7-HVG Twist-Lock Controller and SS450-002 Site Controller enable a self-healing mesh network accessible via browser on smartphones, tablets, or PCs. With SimplySNAP, the OSQ Series achieves superior energy productivity, enhanced code compliance, and elevated user experience.
