The Zipline Eco is a high-efficiency continuous LED lighting system designed specifically for demanding industrial environments. Engineered with durability, performance, and ease of installation in mind, it delivers outstanding energy efficiency of up to 192.1 lumens per circuit watt and is ideal for applications requiring long runs of uniform lighting. The system uses a raw galvanized steel trunking backbone, offering a robust and reliable structure that supports fast installation and long-term use.
Each 1500 mm trunking module features regularly spaced sockets into which various luminaire modules can be snapped in, including general lighting, emergency luminaires, or passive infrared detectors. The modules click into place securely using stainless steel springs, requiring only a standard screwdriver for release, while plug-and-socket connections ensure simple linking between trunking sections. The Zipline Eco also includes a pre-installed wiring loom to streamline installation even further.
With five available power levels and a choice of narrow, broad, or double asymmetric optics, the Zipline Eco accommodates a wide variety of industrial lighting needs, including high bay, low bay, and task lighting. For enhanced control and energy savings, the system integrates SmartScan wireless lighting management, eliminating the need for additional control cabling and making it especially suited to retrofit projects.
The Zipline Eco supports both surface and suspended mounting, has an IP20 rating, and offers a maximum presence detection height of 8 meters. It delivers luminous outputs ranging from 4,400 to 11,060 lumens and includes maintained emergency versions with up to 700 lumens and 3-hour battery backup using NiMH batteries. With a high CRI of 80+, a color temperature of 4000 K, and a rated LED life of 100,000 hours at L70/B10, the Zipline Eco is a long-lasting, energy-efficient solution that meets UKCA and CE compliance standards.
