The Lumishore SY220 is a compact, high-output underwater LED light engineered for applications where space is at a premium. With an ultra-slim internal profile of just 139mm (5.47”), it is ideally suited for installations in tight or challenging locations such as bulbous bows, water tanks, and other areas with restricted hull access. Despite its minimal footprint, the SY220 delivers exceptional illumination performance, offering up to 10,000 verified fixture lumens in white.
Designed for seamless hull coverage, the SY220 is capable of creating the iconic “Halo Effect” around the entire vessel with fewer fixtures. This is made possible through the availability of a unique ultra-wide 110° beam angle, which ensures even light distribution and consistent spacing—even in locations with internal structural obstacles. To further support flexible placement, a range of flange angles are offered, enabling optimal alignment and spacing regardless of internal vessel geometry.
The SY220 is available in single-color options, including blue, white, or warm white, and incorporates high-power HICOB LED arrays for maximum efficiency and brightness. The number of LEDs varies by color—36 for white, and 48 for both blue and warm white—delivering a powerful lighting solution tailored to aesthetic or functional needs. With typical LED life exceeding 50,000 hours and a robust construction that includes aluminum or stainless steel flange options, the SY220 is built for durability in demanding marine environments.
Operating on a supply voltage range of 90–240V AC and drawing a maximum current of 1.2A, the SY220 is driven by an external driver and supports advanced control features. While standard on/off functionality is included, optional strobe and fade effects are also available, with user control configurations available upon request. The SY220 carries full Lloyd’s Type Approval, including critical EMC/EMI safety compliance testing, and can be supplied with an optional 3-year warranty—making it a reliable, high-performance lighting choice for both commercial and leisure vessels.
