The WTL Wolf ATEX Towerlite™ is a highly durable, transportable lighting tower specifically engineered for hazardous environments, delivering powerful and reliable illumination in Gas Zones 1 and 2 and Dust Zones 21 and 22. Capable of extending up to 5.4 meters in height, the Towerlite™ is equipped with three Wolf LFX2 LED Floodlites, each containing 32 LEDs. Together, they produce an impressive total of up to 78,000 lumens of ultra-bright, high-quality light at a 62° beam angle. This powerful illumination ensures a consistent, wide spread of uniform light that significantly reduces shadows and glare, enhancing both visibility and operational safety. The bright, evenly distributed light helps to minimize dark areas, enabling workers to carry out tasks more efficiently and with greater precision, while reducing the risk of accidents in hazardous zones.
The Towerlite™ is engineered for ease of use and quick deployment. It can be easily maneuvered and set up in minutes by a single operator. With a total weight of approximately 320 kg, it includes integral fork truck pockets for convenient on-site transportation. The unit is also rated IP66, making it suitable for harsh weather conditions, and remains stable in wind speeds of up to 40 mph (64 kph). Each Floodlite is fully adjustable, with individual rotation and tilt capabilities to precisely direct the light where it is needed most.
The lighting tower is available in 110V or 230V versions and comes supplied with an HO7RN-F cable and a choice of fitted Ex plugs from ATX, CEAG, Marechal, or Stahl, ensuring compatibility with various site requirements. Optional configurations are also available with a socket for interconnecting multiple towers, enhancing flexibility for larger installations.
