The NEMA LoRa Node is a wireless street light controller designed to modernize urban lighting systems through intelligent, long-range LoRa connectivity. It enables comprehensive management of streetlight luminaires, including diagnostic monitoring, dimming control, and seamless integration into smart city networks. The device is suitable for a variety of municipal applications, allowing cities to implement responsive and adaptive lighting infrastructures while maximizing efficiency and minimizing operational costs.

Capable of controlling lighting fixtures up to 1000 W, the NEMA LoRa Node is compact yet robust, providing reliable performance under high voltage conditions. Its durable IP66-rated housing ensures protection against dust and water, making it ideal for outdoor environments. Installation is simplified with a standard NEMA connector, allowing easy integration into existing streetlight luminaires and urban infrastructure.

The device incorporates an array of advanced sensors to enhance system intelligence and safety. A built-in daylight sensor allows automated adjustment of light levels, while the GPS module provides precise geo-positioning for accurate fixture coordination. The embedded accelerometer monitors pole status, detecting tilt and vibration to ensure structural integrity and operational safety. Additionally, the unit supports multiple control interfaces, including DALI, DALI 2.0, PWM, 1–10 V, and 0–10 V outputs, providing flexible integration options for a wide range of lighting equipment.

Configuration and monitoring are managed through QULON software, allowing for remote setup, system diagnostics, and ongoing management of individual luminaires. The device communicates via the LoRa network, enabling reliable long-range data transmission and real-time system control. Visual feedback for system status is provided through integrated LEDs, facilitating straightforward diagnostics and maintenance.

Certified to CE and RoHS standards and backed by a 36-month warranty, the NEMA LoRa Node combines robust construction, versatile connectivity, and intelligent sensing capabilities.
