The Eclipse Pendant draws its inspiration from the astronomical phenomenon of an eclipse, where light and shadow meet to form a poetic ring of light. Designed by LED Linear, this luminaire captures and transcribes the beauty of that magnificent event into a striking lighting fixture. With its small profile crafted in aluminum and an opal PMMA diffuser, Eclipse is designed to be an eye-catching piece suitable for a variety of environments.
Eclipse is distinguished by its circular, simple, and clean form, which creates a sense of lightness and floating despite its substantial diameter options of 800 or 1200 millimeters. The fixture's elegant design enables it to seamlessly blend into spaces while commanding attention with its delicate presence.
Constructed with a robust aluminum profile and a smooth opal PMMA diffuser, Eclipse combines durability with refined aesthetics. It is suspended on 2-meter steel wires that allow for vertical adjustment, offering flexibility in installation. The luminaire comes with a mounting kit suitable for both recessed and surface mounting, with recessed installation possible in ceilings up to 30 millimeters thick. The standard ceiling cup is finished in white for a clean look.
The connection includes a transparent cable on the secondary side, while the connection cable to the primary side is excluded. Eclipse features an integrated LED light source from LED Linear, available in color temperatures of 2700K, 3000K, or 4000K, with a color rendering index (CRI) of 80. The LED is rated for a lifespan of approximately 60,000 hours at L80B10.
Regarding energy classification, the Eclipse 800 model offers options with CRI and color temperatures 827/830 at system powers of 38W (Class D) and 63W (Class E), as well as 840 CT options between 38W and 63W (Class D). The Eclipse 1200 is available with CRI and color temperatures 827/830/840, all classified as Class D according to regulation (EU) No 2019/2015.
The diffuser is crafted from opal material, ensuring soft, evenly distributed light. The luminaire is equipped with a DSI/DALI driver that supports dimming from 1 to 100%. Additional functionalities such as SwitchDim and CorridorFunction are available, with the driver rated for a lifespan of 50,000 hours.
