The optical power and visual capabilities of the Argo 6 FX are driven by a proprietary system composed of a cluster of 19 PMMA lenses, each 50 mm in diameter, integrated into a 280 mm front lens assembly. These lenses are paired with 19 glass light guides featuring an optical micro-structured output surface. This configuration enables a highly intense beam with a 14:1 zoom ratio, offering a wide beam angle range from 4° to 56°. The luminaire is fitted with 19 RGBW 40-watt LEDs, delivering a total luminous output of up to 13,000 lumens. Building on the strengths of the WASH version, the Argo 6 FX incorporates advanced features such as continuous pan and tilt rotation (I.R.S.TM) and a high-definition LiquidEffect™ system. The electronic dimmer ensures smooth light output from 0 to 100% with no color shifting, while the strobe function offers adjustable speeds from 1 to 25 flashes per second, in white or color modes.
Control and connectivity options include local and remote DMX addressing, RDM compatibility, and full support for ArtNet™ and sACN protocols via IP65-rated RJ45 connectors. Users can select from three DMX channel modes ranging from 26 to 127 channels. The onboard LCD control panel with a flip function and five-button interface provides convenient access to fixture settings and information such as runtime hours, temperature, and software versions.
