The light guide is composed of precisely coded and aligned molecules that shape the LED output in all directions. The in-plane mixing capability of the optical system maximizes color uniformity, while the luminaire’s smooth, diffuse light output eliminates direct LED “head-lighting” effects. Zen Surface is available in direct or direct/indirect distribution options and outputs up to 900 lumens per foot with an efficacy of up to 89 lumens per watt. The light engines feature a minimum CRI of 80 or 90 and offer color temperature choices of 3000K, 3500K, or 4000K with outstanding consistency, meeting a 3-step MacAdam ellipse standard both within and between fixtures.
