These pole-top luminaires are part of a versatile series designed to meet the demands of street, square, and urban lighting applications. Available as both standard pole-top and side-mounted variants, they offer a comprehensive performance range suitable for diverse outdoor environments. Depending on the lighting requirements, the luminaires are available with different asymmetrical light distributions: one for spatial illumination of areas such as squares and parking spaces, another with an asymmetrical flat beam ideal for street lighting in accordance with EN 13201, and a third variant tailored for pedestrian crossings in compliance with DIN 67523-1.
Engineered as ready-to-install solutions, these luminaires can be used in single or double configurations on standard poles or as side-mounted options on bracket poles. Their flexible installation design includes an adjustable attack angle of 0° or 15°, and they can be opened tool-free for easy maintenance. All models are equipped with anti-glare single-pane safety glass and Miro® reflectors crafted from highly reflective pure aluminium, ensuring precise and efficient light control.
With a luminous flux in the upper half-space of less than 1%, these luminaires support dark-sky compliance by minimizing upward light emissions. They also incorporate BEGA Thermal Management® for optimal thermal regulation and long-term performance, and are housed in robust cast aluminium, aluminium, and stainless steel with BEGA's weather-resistant Unidure® coating.
For enhanced ecological consideration, these luminaires are optionally available with BEGA BugSaver® technology. This feature allows switching the colour temperature from standard 3000 Kelvin to an amber tone that simulates approximately 1800 Kelvin. The reduced blue light component is especially beneficial for installations near natural environments, as it significantly decreases the attraction to nocturnal animals and insects, contributing to biodiversity preservation.
All variants are equipped with the BEGA Ultimate Driver® and support DALI control, enabling flexible integration into intelligent lighting networks and ensuring energy-efficient operation tailored to environmental and user-specific needs.
