The PixelGate DIN is a professional-grade digital pixel controller designed for managing addressable LEDs and LED drivers through the SPI interface. The device enables synchronous control of up to eight independent SPI channels, each configurable as single-wire or two-wire. Each channel can accommodate up to 1,024 control channels, allowing for control of up to 340 RGB LEDs per wire, which results in a total of up to 2,720 RGB LEDs per device at a refresh rate of 44 Hz (44 frames per second). This capability makes the PixelGate DIN ideal for large-scale architectural lighting, stage productions, and interactive light installations requiring precise timing and high reliability.

The controller is fully compatible with major lighting control protocols, including ArtNet versions 1 through 4 and sACN in both draft and final formats. This ensures seamless integration into professional DMX-based networks and adherence to industrial lighting control standards. PixelGate DIN supports a wide range of SPI drivers, including popular single-wire models such as WS2811, WS2812B, WS2818, TM1809, UCS1903 series, UCS1909 series, UCS1912 series, UCS2903 series, INK1002, INK1003, LX1003, and similar. Two-wire drivers such as WS2801, WS2803, DM413, APA102, LPD8803, and LPD8806 are also compatible. Additional support for other LED types can be added via the device’s web interface, offering extensive versatility for diverse lighting projects.

The controller is powered by an external DC source with a voltage range from 5 to 48 V, accommodating a broad spectrum of LED types and high-power assemblies. Its robust power design ensures stable performance even under higher voltage conditions. For distributed control networks, PixelGate DIN incorporates a two-port 10/100 Mbps Ethernet switch, allowing reliable serial connection of multiple controllers without the need for additional networking hardware. This built-in switch enables cascading multiple units while maintaining consistent data transmission and reducing installation complexity.

All device settings, diagnostics, and firmware updates are accessible through an intuitive built-in web interface. The interface provides straightforward control over network parameters, SPI channel assignments, and LED configuration, simplifying maintenance and on-site adjustments. The housing is designed for DIN rail mounting and occupies four modules, making it suitable for indoor installations as well as outdoor distribution cabinets. The device is rated for operation in extreme temperatures, from -40°C to +85°C, ensuring reliability even in harsh environmental conditions.

The PixelGate DIN is housed in a permanently laser-etched aluminum enclosure, providing durability and long-term performance. The unit maintains stable operation at voltages up to 305 V and supports one- and two-wire SPI configurations. Its wide voltage range, protocol compatibility, and control over multiple independent LED groups make it highly adaptable to complex lighting installations. The controller has two RJ-45/etherCON Ethernet ports, TTL output control for up to eight channels, and a maximum power consumption of 5 W. The IP20-rated enclosure ensures protection in indoor environments, while compliance with CE and RoHS standards guarantees international quality and safety. The device carries a 36-month warranty, underscoring its reliability and suitability for professional lighting applications.
