Cast aluminum end caps and die-formed interior steel brackets ensure a robust structure, while white powder-coated reflectors and extruded acrylic lenses provide efficient light distribution with a polished finish.
Edge 2 Wall luminaires feature integral driver technology with standard 0–10V dimming, and they are compatible with a wide range of control systems, including Power over Ethernet (PoE) platforms such as Molex, IGOR, and Smartengine. The fixture is UL2108 certified for either integral or remote driver configurations. Emergency options include remote battery packs or circuits, while the system operates across input voltages of 120V, 277V, 347V, or universal configurations.
Lighting quality is maintained with a minimum CRI of 80 or 90, and the luminaire supports color temperatures of 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, and 4000K, all with exceptional consistency within a 3-step MacAdam ellipse. The LED system ensures a minimum of 50,000 hours of life with at least 85% lumen maintenance at a 25°C ambient temperature, in compliance with IES LM-80 standards. The aluminum housing also serves as a heat sink to optimize thermal management and fixture longevity.
Edge 2 Wall is dry and damp location rated, designed for indoor environments with operating temperatures ranging from 0°C to 40°C (32°F to 104°F). For added layout flexibility, the system supports continuous runs with near-seamless connections. Standard lengths include 2', 3', 4', 8', and 12', with custom lengths also available. System runs over 12 feet are assembled onsite from 4', 8', and/or 12' modules using a precision joining system that ensures structural and aesthetic cohesion.
