They feature highly efficient reflectors made from ultra-pure aluminium, anti-reflective single-pane safety glass, and BEGA’s proprietary LED modules. This combination, enhanced by outstanding thermal management, ensures durable and consistent lighting performance over time. The luminaires are also equipped with BEGA Constant Optics® and the BEGA Ultimate Driver®, offering DALI-controllability for flexible operation.
With their specialized light distributions, these luminaires can be tailored for a variety of applications. The asymmetrical light distribution is ideal for open-area illumination such as squares, while the asymmetrical flat beam version is designed specifically for street lighting in compliance with DIN EN 13201 standards. Importantly, these fixtures emit no light into the upper half-space, making them suitable for use in areas requiring strict light pollution control.
For environmentally sensitive installations, the luminaires are optionally available with BEGA BugSaver® technology, which allows switching between a standard 3000 K colour temperature and a warmer amber setting with a significantly reduced blue light content (similar to 1800 K). This feature supports the preservation of near-natural environments and enhances ecological compatibility.
