Constructed with 5CE superior corrosion protection, including PCS polymer-coated stainless steel hardware, the ESC140 LED ensures resistance to harsh environmental conditions. A silicone rubber gasket and safety glass lens provide additional sealing and mechanical protection. The integral EC electronic converter is housed in a thermally separated compartment, promoting optimal heat dissipation and long-term reliability. Precision CAD-optimized optics deliver high-performance beam control and glare reduction, making the luminaire suitable for a wide range of exterior lighting applications.
The factory-installed LED circuit board is complemented by a sealed termination chamber, which includes a cable gland with spiral bending protection and 1.5 meters of flexible, PVC-free cable. This configuration simplifies installation while maintaining a high degree of ingress protection.
Available in multiple RAL finishes—including Signal Black (RAL9004), White Aluminium (RAL9006), Grey Aluminium (RAL9007), Anthracite Grey (RAL7016), and Traffic White (RAL9016)—the ESC140 LED can be coordinated with a variety of architectural styles and color schemes. The luminaire supports a power supply of 220–240V at 50–60 Hz, with a power factor greater than 0.9 and integrated surge protection rated at 6/6 kV. It offers multiple light distribution options, including symmetric medium beam, symmetric very narrow beam, and symmetric very narrow beam with sharp cut-off. Available color temperatures include 2700 K, 3000 K, and 4000 K, allowing lighting designers to tailor the ambiance and performance to project requirements.
