ASD Lighting have been manufacturing in the UK from our Rotherham factory for over 39 years.
We strive to use the latest manufacturing techniques and provide a comprehensive range of operating options in all our products, in order to meet the exacting demands of customers and the latest building regulations requirements.
As an ever evolving company we like to push boundaries and utilise the latest technology. That’s why we worked with Reeco to introduce two collaborative robot arms (cobots) to automate the repetitive jobs, freeing up production staff to work further down the line, reducing production times.
In our latest investment we brought the powder coating process in-house, reducing delays, costs, materials, handling, and even carbon footprint.
Continued investments to our injection moulding facilities is one of many reasons that lead us to produce products of the highest quality.
In ASD Lighting’s latest investment we brought the foamed-in-place gasket facility in-house. Refining our processes to decrease production times.
