Its Spektra-calibrated LED engine ensures outstanding white light reproduction with high CRI, TLCI, and TM30 values, offering precise color tuning and a wide range of white presets from 2,800K to 10,000K. With a motorized zoom range from 4.5° to 53°, the Astra Par7ZIP offers true versatility, enabling tight beams or wide washes for stages, architectural settings, or outdoor events.
Designed for modern lighting control workflows, the Astra Par7ZIP includes onboard CRMX and W-DMX wireless transceivers for remote operation without complex cabling. It supports multiple control protocols including DMX512 and RDM, and allows pixel-by-pixel control with rich dynamic effects and macros. Advanced color features like linear crossfade from white to any color and virtual CTO enable seamless transitions, while the 16-bit dimming and selectable PWM frequencies (600–50,000 Hz) ensure flicker-free performance, even in broadcast environments.
Physically robust, the Astra Par7ZIP features a weatherproof die-cast aluminum body in RAL 9004 black, with IP65-rated construction for permanent outdoor use. It includes a double yoke bracket for flexible mounting, a front-accessory holder for barndoors or filters, and active cooling for silent operation. The fixture also boasts a user-friendly interface via its high-resolution LCD display and supports firmware upgrades via DMX using UPBOX hardware. With a maximum power draw of 263W, the unit is optimized for efficiency, enabling up to 8 units per 230V circuit.
Complementing this powerhouse is the Jet Par7ZIP, a compact yet capable IP65 LED zoom PAR that retains many of the features of the Astra model but with a lighter power footprint. Equipped with 7x20W RGB + Warm White LEDs, the Jet Par7ZIP delivers outstanding CRI and TLCI scores and offers smooth color mixing and precise white tuning, ideal for applications that require professional light quality in a more economical form.
Like the Astra, the Jet Par7ZIP features a motorized zoom from 4.5° to 53°, with high-efficiency plano-convex optics. It also supports full CCT adjustment with green/magenta correction, tungsten emulation, and gel filter emulation. While it does not include onboard wireless by default, it is compatible with optional LumenRadio Timo FX CRMX/W-DMX modules. The fixture is controllable via DMX, RDM, and an intuitive onboard display, supporting up to 20 DMX channels depending on mode.
Built for rugged environments, the Jet Par7ZIP shares the same IP65 rating, robust housing, and quiet active cooling as its larger sibling. It features the same double bracket for hanging or floor use and supports flicker-free dimming with selectable PWM frequencies. With a maximum power consumption of only 127W, the Jet Par7ZIP allows up to 16 units on a single 230V circuit, making it an ideal solution for installations, events, and productions where space, power, or budget is limited—but performance is still critical.
